Deer in the Garden

I JUST looked out the window and there were deer in the garden. The garden is like 5 feet from the house. Got some pics

BOOMER! NO! BAD KITTY!

Boomer appearently likes aquarium plants. I had been washing them in the sink, and had set them on a towl to dry. The towel was on the counter. Well, Boomer found it fun to knock down the aquarium plants and carry them downstairs. Every day I have been taking atleast 5-6 aquarium plantrs back upstairs. Luckily, today I am going to clean the 16 betta tanks, and will put the plants BACK in the tanks. Silly kitty. Well, I couldn't get any pictures of his claws, because he was being a crazy butt. But, I got some pics of him playing with his plants.

Soft claws

Boomer is a little butt-head. He claws EVERYTHING. If anyone has ever seen the mean kitty song on youtube, then that describes Boomer. Then, we heard about the soft claws (www.softclaws.com) and HAD to trythem out. We got some clear ones at the store and put the on boomer. OMG, They work great! We just ordered some pink ones on ebay for Ivy, because she scratches up the rug. I will get pictures soon of his claws, to show you guys.

How he came to be

I am sure many of you are reading this, and wondering how I got this little monster of an orange furball. Well, I had recently lost a cat, Ralph, and wanted to get a new one. We ended up adopting Ivy, our other cat. I HATED Ivy and she hated me. I asked my mom if i could get a cat of my own. Of course, she said i could. I searched on Petfinder for about a week, looking specificly for an Orange longhaired maine coon mix male. I ended up finding Baby. I called them and they agreed that we could adopt him. The day i went to get him, he hid in the corner and hissed at me. I still wanyted him, stuck him in the carrier and took the little retard home. I ended naming him Beemer, and then my friend accidently called him Boomer and it stuck!
